Explore transformative investing in the food system together with Gullspång Re:food and Stockholm Resilience Centre

Today the food system is one of the primary drivers of climate change, pollution, premature deaths, and even species extinction. But there is potential for this very system to help us transform the current unsustainable paradigm into a new, regenerative one. This interactive workshop will cover:

  • The theory of transformative investing. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge about the role of investment in shaping our systems for a sustainable future.
  • The power of systems thinking. You will learn to differentiate between a root cause problem and a symptom, allowing you to apply effective solutions that address the core issues.
  • The insights we’ve gathered from the groundbreaking EAT-Lancet Commission on healthy diets from sustainable food systems.
  • The process we’ve established to identify the major leverage points within the food system and utilize them to drive transformative change.
  • The importance of considering adverse side effects when implementing systemic changes, and strategies to minimize them.
